DO YOU REALLY HAVE TO BE GOOD AT SALES TO MAKE MONEY BY CLOSING HIGH TICKET OFFERS OVER THE PHONE? EVERY SINGLE DAY, I SEE THIS QUESTION ASKED BY A LOT OF NEWBIES, AND IT’S A VALID QUESTION IN MY OPINION.

In life, if you want to earn a living in a particular field, you have to be knowledgeable in that field.

The field could be engineering, computer science, medicine, architecture or anything else really.

And unless you know what you are doing, you can’t succeed in it.

So why should selling high ticket offers over the phone be any different?

It’s not.

But there is a difference.

Let me explain:

When I launched my first business, I had NO CLUE what I was doing and I had no experience in sales.

I even disliked sales people because I thought they were pushy and dishonest.

What did I do?

Instead of becoming really good at sales, I focused on generating leads online, so I don’t have to speak with people over the phone.

The result:

Not very good! My business wasn’t growing, and sales were weak because I was getting low-value clients who caused me more headaches than profit.

What happened next?

I came across Dan Lok and took a leap of faith by taking his High Ticket Closing course.

The concept of high ticket closing was new to me and I was sceptical at first. But I had to do something since my way wasn’t working.

I had to try something different and learn from somebody who had made his millions online and was living the lifestyle I desired.

What followed changed everything for me ….

You don’t have to be a Dan Lok or Gary Vaynerchuk or Grant Cardone to start raking big money.

Just learn a skill that others want to master.

Once you do that, you can provide value to others and start making sales.

With time, you can develop your skill sets which will help you provide more value and make more money.

That’s how I went from staying away from sales and having no clue about how to ask for big money for my products, to closing $150K worth of high ticket business coaching and mentorship programs in three months.

Having equipped myself with this new “Closing” skill, I now feel much more confident in every business communication which has gives me the confidence to start my own high ticket coaching programs.

I know my worth and I am not afraid of asking HIGH TICKET for my services.

You see:

Money is a by-product of value creation. So the more value you add, the more money you make! There is nothing wrong with that, is it?

In the past, if you had to make a living in any field, you had to MASTER it COMPLETELY before you can do so.

But with the internet, that’s not necessary at all.

You can choose a small niche subject to master and make a full time living by helping people with that.

For example:

If you were to become a doctor, you have to finish medical school and get a license to practice.

On the internet, that doesn’t matter.

If you know of a good way to get rid of acne on the face (let’s say home remedies), you can create a full-blown website around that topic, give people lots of information regarding it, promote your product as a solution to their problems and start making sales.

How awesome is that?

But you are asking, well Ash, how is that related to High Ticket Closing?

I am going to tell you…

You might not have your High Ticket Product yet, but that is the beauty of this. As a High Ticket Closer, you don’t need to have your own product!

Instead, you partner with influencers, coaches and businesses who have amazing high-end education or mentorship programs but don’t have the time to speak with prospects themselves.

You see, if you have a coaching program which is over $2000, people need to speak with a person first before making a decision.

That’s what I did.

I am passionate about personal development and business. So I partnered with a very successful business coach whom I had followed before and admired.

For the influencer, this is a no brainer as I work on commission only and only charge if I produce results.

Don’t get me wrong! It took a lot of work. I dedicated my time during the 7-week HTC program and did over 100 Horus of role-plays.

There were tough days I wanted to give up, but I didn’t because I had the support of our community and I had the faith that if I put the time and effort it, I will get there.

Then it happened.

It was my 5th call. I hadn’t closed any of the first 4 calls. On the 5th call something clicked, I was more fluent. I connected with the prospect and I listened carefully. I let them talk.

After 30 minutes on the call, the prospect wanted to go away and think about it but I used our objection handler for that objection. You see I had practised it many times with our fellow HTC community members.

I got them talking about their concerns …

A few minutes later, they went for it. The prospect said they want to go ahead!

CLOSED

I had my first 10K sale over the phone and just earned $1000 dollars from a 45-minute phone call.

At that moment I knew I had this! A skill for life that I can use from anywhere to generate income whilst speaking with people over the phone and help transform their lives and businesses.

Without Dan Lok’s program, this wouldn’t be ever possible. Before that, I didn’t know anything about the concept of High Ticket Closing.

It’s NOT easy but it is very possible.

All you need to do is GET STARTED doing the right things.

These things include:

Working on yourself.

Getting a mentor and investing in your education, consuming information, and implementing what you have learned.

Interacting with successful people and getting mentally stronger to overcome obstacles.

And most importantly…moving FAST.

Do it consistently and you will be amazed to see your progress.
